Top Up LOAN
Purpose of this loan
Purpose of this loan is to refinance current loan balances.
Maximum Amount
Maximum amount is capped at four (4) times of deposits at an interest rate of 13% per annum.
Repayment Period
Maximum repayment period is 6 years (72 months) done monthly.
Loan Limits
A member is allowed to have several Development Loans so long as the above conditions are met.
Negotiation Fee
A negotiation fee is charged at the rate of 1% if the loan has been repaid up to 50% and 5% if the repayment is below 50% of the amount borrowed.
